Cultivated in Uji, Saemidori, meaning “vivid green,” is celebrated for its brilliant colour, natural sweetness and remarkably smooth character.
Born from Yabukita and Asatsuyu, two renowned Japanese cultivars, its shaded leaves produce an exceptionally vibrant tencha with an elegant, gentle character.
